Freewheel stores rides on the device, uses no account today, and does not upload ride or location history. This page exists so the app, store listing, and legal pages all point at the same canonical public surface.

How to get help

Use the app for the links, then contact the team directly.

Open Freewheel and go to Settings.
Open Support, Privacy policy, or Terms and conditions.
Email hello@loftybits.com with your device, OS version, and a short description of the issue.

No separate web account is required because Freewheel does not use account-based support yet.
