These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Loftybits website, public product pages, and related public materials (collectively, the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

These Terms apply to the Loftybits site itself. Product-specific applications may have their own terms that apply to those products separately, including:

You may use the Site for lawful informational, business, and evaluation purposes. You agree not to use the Site in a way that:

• violates applicable law or regulation
• interferes with, disrupts, or compromises the Site or related infrastructure
• attempts to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data
• copies, scrapes, republishes, or exploits Site materials beyond what applicable law permits
• misrepresents your identity or affiliation when contacting Loftybits

2. Product and Service Information

The Site may describe Loftybits products, engineering capabilities, and service offerings. Unless we enter into a separate written agreement with you, Site content is informational only and does not by itself create a binding services commitment, statement of work, or delivery obligation.

3. Inquiries and Communications

If you contact Loftybits through the Site or by email, you are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of the information you provide. Do not send confidential or sensitive information unless and until an appropriate working relationship and disclosure terms are in place.

4. Intellectual Property

The Site, including its copy, branding, design, layout, graphics, and related materials, is owned by Loftybits or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership rights to you.

The Site may link to third-party websites, services, or product-specific pages. We do not control third-party destinations, and your use of them may be governed by separate terms and policies.

6. Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. We do not guarantee that the Site or any content on it will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

7. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Loftybits will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenue, business, or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of the Site.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Loftybits' total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site will not exceed the amount you paid, if any, to access the Site during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Separate Agreements

If Loftybits provides services to you under a separate agreement, that separate agreement controls over these Terms for the services covered by it.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and publish the revised Terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after the updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
